Hooked on recycling… November 20

crochet-hooks.jpgCrocheting seemed so yesterday… only a day or so ago. But a few hardy souls are doing a little better than sending their plastic bags to the recycling center. They’re creating stylish and useful items.

One of my blog crushes, DIY Maven on Curbly, published a great article, Why Everyone Should Learn How to Crochet (It’s all about recycling, baby!). She’s included lots of sourcing including tutorials on everything you’ll need to know, from spinning yarn and crocheting (it’s easier than you’d think) to free patterns.
